Vestibular rehabilitation is indicated for management of vertigo and balance deficits associated with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), Ménière’s disease, labyrinthitis, and vestibular neuritis.

Vestibular therapy can help restore normal function to individuals with severe decline in balance and equilibrium. Appropriate patients can benefit from canal repositioning maneuvers, somatosensory stimulation, and vestibular-ocular reflex (VOR) training to return to prior level of function.
